ON-PREMISE X2CRM
These X2CRM solutions are designed for companies that want to host and maintain X2CRM’s infrastructure and manage the operations and security. These on-premise offerings include the entire X2CRM offering, services, and support from the team that wrote the platform. One subscription provides the following:

- Support tickets
- Services and optimization
OPEN SOURCE X2CRM
X2CRM, at its heart, is an open-source project. We offer an on-premise solution. Additionally, support for the open-source packages is available.
YOU Choose between Shared Saas and Dedicated Saas

Shared Saas
X2CRM’s Virtual Private Server is ideal for businesses that want an enterprise CRM + Marketing Automation + WorkFlow system yesterday. Your company’s data, workflow, and module design are in its instance and database. Still, you share a Virtual Server hosted on AWS with other X2CRM customers, including three support cases or 30 minutes of phone technical support per month.

Dedicated SaaS
X2CRM’s Dedicated SaaS runs the enterprise-ready CRM + Marketing Automation + WorkFlow on a private Amazon AWS or Google’s dedicated Class1 infrastructure. Dedicated SaaS deployments permit customers to design and customize the X2CRM platform to match the specific security and performance needs. This includes a dedicated server, requires a minimum of 10 user accounts, and comes with one administrator account. The Premium Dedicated SaaS includes ten technical support cases and two hours of phone support per month.

Hosted On-Premise
X2CRM’s Hosted On-Premise offering allows your IT department to set up the server, and permits the X2CRM staff to optimize the software performance and ensure the deployment is supported and maintained. The Hosted On-Premise package handles unique customizations, internal security needs, international requirements and complex administration controls. On-Premise installations require licenses for users on a fee per month basis.

On-Premise
X2CRM’s On-Premise offering is designed for businesses who prefer to run X2CRM on their own servers. This X2CRM package can be deployed on internal servers or on a cloud hosting provider. You make the decision on where to install and deploy X2CRM with this download package. The On-Premise Perpetual License package handles unique customizations, internal security needs, international requirements and complex administration controls. On-Premise installations require licenses for users on a fee per month basis.
