Salesforce.com is a great company with a very, very good CRM product. Invented in the days of dial-up modems, it’s been fascinating to see the company update its products as technology has changed in recent years. With so many acquisitions, Salesforce.com has practically every CRM feature imaginable. 

One trend I have also noticed is the upward cost of CRM systems. It’s not unheard of for small, ten user accounts to now pay over $100.00 per user per month ($12,000 per year), with many more paying in the $200.00 per month range. This is starting to get crazy.
